We are actively seeking a Technical Program Manager to focus on driving and delivering multiple an integration program across the reputed company organization. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work across the company and evangelize how our tech teams are building and architecting our newest innovations to support reputed company's latest product offerings.This role is a mix of strategic and tactical, where, using your technical and leadership skills. You will be required to build strong relationship between the Product Engineering applications/services, Product Management, as well as various Business Operations, Finance, and Executives alike. Strong communication skills are a must. Your responsibilities will include establishing commitments from dependencies, ensure high quality deliveries, and increase the productivity and velocity of the team to implement strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Execution & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of moderately reputed company cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment to project goals, timelines, and business requirements. Track deliverables and resolve issues to maintain reputed company reputed company.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other partner teams to define scope, dependencies, and timelines. Act as a liaison to ensure shared understanding and alignment across teams.
• Project Governance: Maintain program documentation, facilitate team meetings, and support risk and issue tracking. Escalate risks or blockers appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or reputed company roles, leading reputed company-to-large scale software, platform, or infrastructure programs across multiple teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver reputed company-scale programs involving cross-functional teams and reputed company dependencies.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or hybrid), and Agile frameworks, with ability to translate technical concepts for business impact.
• Proven track record of influencing across organizational boundaries and engaging with senior leaders (Directors, VPs) to drive alignment and execution.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to reputed company technical and non-technical audiences.
• Recognized for driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and organizational change in matrixed/global environments.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe, PgMP) are valued.
