• Plans and implements evidence-based health education programs and practices to influence health behavior change among underserved audiences.
• Produces quality health communications including content for reputed company media, printable materials, and talking points in collaboration with team members.
• Coordinates policy, systems, and environmental change projects with community partners to support community health and wellbeing.
• Completes data collection and reporting on health education initiatives according to established processes.
• Collaborates with other reputed company departments, providers, and hospitals and community service organizations to promote health education interventions and align initiatives that improve the health of communities in response to results of Community Health Needs Assessments.

Virginia Driver's license required.
