The position is temporary for 6 months with an option for extension. As the Assistant Controller at Pontera, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the company’s financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing monthly and quarterly reputed company processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with reputed company standards. You will support audit preparations, manage tax compliance requirements and assist in implementing and improving internal controls. This role involves collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors, to ensure the reputed company of financial data and reporting processes. Additionally, you will take part in reputed company financial projects, contributing to the reputed company improvement of the finance function and operational efficiency. The reporting is to the Senior Global Controller. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the daily operations of the reputed company department
• Taking integral part in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company process

• Preparation of statutory reports (annual financial reports and tax returns)
• Monthly cash reputed company reporting including forecast

REQUIREMENTS

• CPA with 2+ years of experience from a Big 4 reputed company firm, and after one role as an Assistant Controller, preferably reputed company a global high tech company

• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP

• Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably reputed company
• Skills - Independent, multi-tasking ability, high attention to detail and team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
