Field Dispatcher

At Ervin Cable Construction, as a Dispatcher, you’ll manage technician schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and other departments. You’ll track work status, update records, and ensure timely completion of service requests. What You’ll Do As a Dispatcher

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to reputed company meet customer needs

• Handle and process data from multiple sources

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• At least one year of previous reputed company experience is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills is preferred
