About the Role

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for:

• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing direct support or guidance towards resolution
• Tackling technical issues with reputed company and accuracy, creating cases, and escalating to senior team members or departments as needed
• Demonstrating effective personal performance, meeting departmental metrics, and contributing to a positive team environment
• Exercising good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a technical customer service call center
