Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of high-volume inbound call center experience (non-script based preferred) and customer service experience with problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Skills: Ability to analyze problems, recommend efficient solutions, and reputed company exceptional customer service
