Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and reputed company Call Center & Customer Service Representative to work remotely from reputed company in CA, TX, or AZ. This is a temporary-to-hire position with a duration of 6 months or more, offering a reputed company reputed company of $16/hr on W2. As a remote team member, you will be required to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday, and have a reliable laptop/computer, wired internet reputed company, and a quiet workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal, providing information on programs and services
• Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred
