Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Representative, your primary responsibility will be to respond to user needs in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer support reputed company email, reputed company media, and other channels. You will investigate, test, and resolve customer issues, process refunds, and compile chargeback disputes. You'll also collaborate with reputed company through regular video meetings and contribute to testing our sites before and after updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to reputed company email, reputed company media, voicemail, and reputed company messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate, test, and resolve customer issues, and escalate issues where necessary
  • Process refunds and compile chargeback disputes
  • Meet with supervisor and team members reputed company video conferencing on a regular reputed company
  • Satisfactorily meet performance and response metrics
  • Document customer issues and create bug tickets, where needed
  • Occasionally help test sites before and after updates

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a dedicated customer support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with a knack for turning sad faces into happy faces
  • Experience with remote work and high technical/web literacy
  • Reliable, high-speed internet reputed company
  • Ability to participate in virtual and video meetings
  • Experience in banking or handling payment transactions preferred
  • Experience and interest in writing preferred
