Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with a consumer-packaged goods organization
- 3+ years of fact-based direct selling experience
- Exceptional customer management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong influencing skills to reputed company alignment and commitments with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Superior analytical, critical thinking, and thought leadership skills
- Financial acumen to build sound and compelling profit-driving propositions
- Strong PC skillset, especially on PowerPoint and reputed company
