Customer Experience Representative - Mom & Baby (Remote)

We're seeking a compassionate and customer-focused professional to reputed company exceptional service to new and expectant mothers, supporting their reputed company with breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation services.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless order processing. You'll work closely with our Mom and Baby team, consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a supportive leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

• reputed company exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels.
• reputed company orders reputed company for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• reputed company with existing customers to determine product needs, present Aeroflow's services, and promote sales growth.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, providing reputed company resolutions and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records, including customer demographics, order entry, and data maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
