Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative - Chat, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through reputed company and accurate responses to inbound customer inquiries reputed company chat and email. Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to high-volume inbound customer inquiries reputed company chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes and efficiency.

• Competitive hourly reputed company: $14/hour.
• Part-time schedule: up to 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
• Two schedule options: 8 AM - 2:30 PM CT or 12:30 PM - 7 PM CT.
