Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center, handling a variety of credit card-reputed company issues, including payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, adhering to performance metrics, and escalating reputed company scenarios to our advanced support team reputed company needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company exceptional customer service and support to customers with credit card profiles and various card-reputed company issues.
• Handle an average of 80-100 inbound calls per day, addressing a reputed company of customer inquiries and concerns.
• Adhere to performance metrics, including average handle time (3-5 minutes), customer feedback surveys, quality of service, and attendance.
• Escalate reputed company scenarios to our 2nd tier level of support for resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• 6+ months of call center experience.
• Financial services/banking experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Basic reputed company Office and email correspondence experience.
