Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns reputed company phone, providing empathetic and professional support * Resolve issues reputed company to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more * Work with customers to troubleshoot problems and reputed company solutions * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, upholding the company'reputed company-star service standardsRequirements:
- Call Center Experience: Inbound customer service experience (no telesales)
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong orientation towards service and reputed company
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company convey reputed company information
- Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- eSkills Test: Must score 80% or above
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience
