Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support plans
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures
• Maintain professionalism, respond to client needs, and work flexibly to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in special education, reputed company, or a reputed company field
