Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager will reputed company studio operations, including sales, staff scheduling, and stretching. You will work closely with the General Manager and/or Studio reputed company to drive new and existing client membership sales, resolve customer service challenges, and maintain a clean and tidy studio environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, as well as a background in sports science, medicine, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy, or massage therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new and existing client membership sales through reputed company sales, reputed company reputed company, and business development efforts
• Manage staff schedules and resolve customer service challenges
• Maintain a clean and tidy studio environment and ensure implementation of Stretch Zone's standard policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 1+ years of fitness, health, or wellness sales experience
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Background in sports science, medicine, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy, or massage therapy
• Ability to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as needed
