As a Patient Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients, families, and reputed company providers, addressing concerns, complaints, and feedback. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and resolve patient complaints, feedback, and grievances in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with department leaders, risk management, quality, and compliance to resolve patient issues and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements
