Job Summary

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting reputed company's mission by providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information regarding reputed company aspects of the members' association with arenaflex, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner.

• Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller.

• Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.).

• Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position.

Qualifications

* High school Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation and Benefits
