As a Life & Retirement reputed company, you’ll support annuity operations, process transactions, and collaborate with internal teams and field representatives to ensure a compliant experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and reputed company
- Review applications to ensure reputed company requirements are received “In Good Order” and identify any discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with the field sales team reputed company phone and email to obtain required information
- reputed company and apply knowledge of annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation changes, withdrawals, and surrenders
- Meet or exceed established service standards, productivity, and quality goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute reputed company to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency and service reputed company
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry
- FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required
- Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; above-average math/reputed company skills
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Commitment to ongoing learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged
