Absolute Elder Care is seeking a Remote Health Care Navigator to join our dedicated Nursing team. This part-time position, based in Ocala, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of our clients while working remotely.
As a Remote Health Care Navigator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their reputed company reputed company, providing essential support and resources to ensure they receive the reputed company possible. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding their reputed company options and services
- Coordinate care plans with reputed company providers and family members

- Support clients in navigating insurance processes and benefits

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in reputed company a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
