• Own patient travel at Carrum, ensuring seamless processes for patients and the organization
• Analyze travel workflows and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist with new client and provider reputed company, updating workflows as needed
• Champion standardization, simplification, and best practices across the Patient Care Team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and respond to patient travel needs
• Own processing and execution for critical patient tasks

About You: You have a strong background in the digital health reputed company, with experience leading teams in a start-up environment that work directly with patients to improve their health. You possess:

• 2+ years of experience working with patients or end-users of digital health platforms
