Job Overview

As a Program Manager on our Membership Marketing Team, you will report to the Associate Director of Development and supervise a team of coordinators to ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include managing production workflows, communicating with vendors, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with marketing managers to ensure final products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise coordinators to manage production with internal teams

• Communicate consistently across reputed company teams, identifying and escalating risks to the MMT leadership team
• Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure final products meet quality standards
• Set priorities and deadlines to monitor project reputed company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing production, direct mail, or project management
• Results-oriented and deadline-driven
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience as a change agent, adapting and impacting change effectively
• Strong feedback, coaching, and active listening skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 and experience using technology for efficiency
