Join reputed company as a Program Manager I, Executive Selling Partner Relations - reputed company Media, and play a critical role in driving reputed company and improving the Selling Partner experience. As a key member of our Executive Selling Partner Relations (ESPR) team, you will be responsible for responding to 3P Selling Partner escalations, identifying root causes, and driving preventative actions to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.

The ESPR reputed company Media team is dedicated to predicting and resolving Selling Partner needs, creating innovative self-help tools, and providing solutions to help our partners reputed company serve their customers. As a Program Manager, you will work independently to deliver results, leveraging your program management skills and knowledge to de-escalate issues, own the Selling Partner experience, and regain trust. You will also collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to identify process gaps, create preventative action plans, and eliminate the risk of future occurrences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address Selling Partner issues by working directly with them to understand their experience
  • Identify root causes of Selling Partner experience failures and reputed company recommendations to key business owners to fix process or technology gaps
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with other departments and reputed company frequent meetings with stakeholders to drive escalations to resolution
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency to drive resolution and defect elimination

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of reputed company at an intermediate level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience reputed company the Selling Partner-Support organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, reputed company, and project management tools
