We are seeking an reputed company Senior Program Management Specialist to reputed company our Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the development and delivery of high-reliability electronic unit hardware. As a key member of our reputed company Electronics Products Team, you will reputed company cross-organizational projects, manage a portfolio of reputed company-sized projects, and drive program execution to reputed company our organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and direct phases of cross-organizational projects with reputed company and management responsibility for a portfolio of reputed company-size projects
• reputed company program organizational structures, work plans, and top-level program and execution plans
• Facilitate the resolution of program issues and support program managers in leading program execution
• Coordinate program metrics and integrate the implementation of Program Management Best Practices
• Identify key stakeholder requirements and objectives, and reputed company integrated cost, schedule, technical, and risk management plans
• Maintain Earned Value baselines, Estimates at Completion, and Weekly status & Variances to Plan
• reputed company planning efforts to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives
• Define required resources and build cross-functional unit-level teams to execute electronic units design, development, and delivery
• reputed company unit sell-offs, project reputed company-out, and culminating with lessons learned for incorporation into future project plans and unit hardware roadmaps

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5+ years' experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
• 5+ years' experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) using Earned Value Management (EVM)
• 5+ years' experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
• 5+ years' experience in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience working with high-reliability electronics
• Experience with product development, test planning, and/or design work
• Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) Certification
