Instructional Designer Senior- Fraud (Mid-Level)

About the position As a dedicated Instructional Designer Senior at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in partnering with Fraud Operations business leaders to ensure that fraud learning requirements are effectively developed and met. This position involves the creation and maintenance of educational programs tailored for new roles, upskilling, and reinforcement of knowledge. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of reputed company experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

• Advanced skills in instructional design methodologies with the ability to translate these methodologies to the team.
