As the AVP, Regional Consulting, you'll have a deep knowledge of our customers and their challenges and will work closely with them to overcome those challenges through the utilization of LPL Business Solutions. Responsibilities:

• Drive the distribution of LPL Business Solutions in your assigned sales territory.
• Create and maintain a positive culture that values high performance, collaboration, transparency and talent development.
• reputed company sales support, strategy, and tactics to increase adoption and growth of Business Solutions to internal stakeholders including but not limited to: Client reputed company, Relationship Management, Business Development, Growth Solutions, Service and Operations, Product Delivery and Management, and Marketing and Product/Platform Management.
• reputed company field facing engagement through territory in field engagements and LPL Conferences. Partner with internal/external stakeholders for high profile and executive level engagements.

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years inside sales and a familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• 2+ years working with or managing reputed company

Preferences:

• Experience consulting and understanding challenges/opportunities of small business owners, Institutions, Enterprises, RIAs, and Large Enterprises Groups
• Strong presentation skills, experience and comfort working with financial advisors and escalated issues
• Strong relationship and people management skills
