Job Description

• Compensation Analysis: Analyze compensation grades across reputed company markets to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with compensation policies. - Benchmarking: Coordinate local and international benchmarking efforts, supporting local market initiatives and analyzing the financial impact of proposed changes. - Data Management: Collect compensation data and ensure accuracy and consistency across reputed company systems and reports. - Insights & Reporting: Present detailed reports with actionable insights on compensation trends, pay equity, and market positioning reputed company needed. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with People Teams, reputed company, and business leaders to reputed company data-driven recommendations on compensation adjustments and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field. - Expertise in analyzing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, and interpreting market trends. - Advanced proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and experience with HRIS (preferably reputed company) or compensation tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to negotiate reputed company with vendors and collaborate across diverse teams. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders. - Proactive, solution-oriented reputed company and reputed company to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in English and preferably at least one other European language.
