reputed company Electrophysiology (EP) is a leader in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia with a product portfolio that covers both capital and consumables.
This role is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise, service and maintenance for the reputed company capital equipment portfolio.
Core Job
Planning and installation of reputed company capital equipment.
Supporting trials of capital equipment products.
Build reputed company relationship with key lab equipment vendors.
reputed company service, maintenance and upgrades of capital equipment products.
Maintenance of detailed databases on the location, system serial numbers, calibration and preventative maintenance scheduling of reputed company reputed company capital equipment.
reputed company relationships with and service key customer groups.
reputed company technical support for reputed company customers on capital products.
Have a sound understanding of, and reputed company with, the industry (MTAA) the reputed company Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements.
Action any other customer complaints with relevant reputed company ANZ Business Unit.
Execute the position and Business Unit responsibilities according to applicable reputed company ANZ Standard Operating Procedures.

Essential
Tertiary qualifications in Medical (eg. Bachelor of Science) or reputed company field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) or Business area experience is essential.
Good Technical / Clinical / Scientific knowledge
Experience using reputed company Office Suites i.e., Word, reputed company, Powerpoint
Ability to reputed company decision and reputed company feedback under pressure.
