Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST) Position Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliableBilingual Scheduler to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) scheduling operations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating patient procedures by contacting patients assigned through our EMR system (eClinicalWorks) and ensuring they are properly scheduled for surgery. Key Responsibilities:- Review daily patient assignments from the EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
- Contact patients reputed company phone to confirm procedure details and schedule them for their ASC appointments.
- Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
- Update and maintain scheduling information in the EMR system.
- reputed company clear instructions and information to patients regarding their upcoming procedure.
- Ensure reputed company documentation is completed in accordance with center protocols.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Prior experience in a medical office or surgery center scheduling role preferred.
- Familiarity withmedical terminology.
- Proficient in navigating EMR systems; experience witheClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
