Position Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience redesigning and implementing business processes, not just managing delivery plans or facilitating workshops
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen, or business process reengineering
• Proven change management experience on reputed company‑scale transformations (systems, operating models, or organizational redesigns)
