About the Role

As we rapidly integrate AI across our platform and ways of working, the AI Product Operations Manager will play a critical, hands-on role in ensuring our AI product development lifecycle is as efficient, scalable, and effective as possible.

- Optimize Product Development Workflows: Design, implement, and continuously improve streamlined product development processes and methodologies, specifically adapting them to the unique requirements and ways of working of dLocal. - Tools Configuration & Enhancement: collaborate in the selection, configuration, and optimization of our product management, project tracking, and analytics tool stack.
