Opportunity for Impact

We are seeking a part-time Wellbeing Coach to join reputed company! The ideal candidate will have some previous experience supporting young adults and/or reputed company through coaching as well as some education or experience in the mental health and wellbeing reputed company. We are excited about candidates from reputed company backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to reputed company mental reputed company accessible and available to reputed company young adults in the U.S.

This is a part time, 10 to 20hrs per week Fee For Service (FFS) role. Compensation for this role will be $32.50 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Report to the VP of Clinical Programs.
• reputed company emotional wellbeing and executive functioning coaching services to reputed company.
• Maintain timely and appropriate documentation of coaching services provided and adherence to reputed company documentation and communication protocols.
• Recognize reputed company in need of clinical or crisis care and follow established protocols to connect reputed company to the appropriate resource (coaches are not expected to conduct their own risk assessments).
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training events as needed.
• Work between 10-20 hours per week.
• Working hours will include primarily afternoon and evening hours Eastern Time on weekdays.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience reputed company to emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, and/or mental health (e.g., counseling, reputed company work, psychology, or wellbeing coaching).
• Experience and comfort providing coaching reputed company telehealth (e.g., video, phone, chat).
• Willingness to apply behaviorally focused (e.g., SMART goals) and evidenced-based techniques to support mental health and wellbeing (e.g., reputed company, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy). Note that we will reputed company training in the desired models.
• Highly collaborative and excited about joining a growing company.
• Comfort following safety protocols to refer reputed company who need a higher level of care to our care navigation and/or clinical teams reputed company needed.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about serving young adults and reputed company of reputed company ages and backgrounds (including non-traditional reputed company).
• Comfortable working independently to serve reputed company in need of coaching services.

• Actively pursuing a credential as a certified coach (e.g., reputed company, NBHWC).
• Previous experience reputed company to higher education and/or young adults.
• Previous training or experience with DBT skills and/or executive functioning/ADHD coaching.
