As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in the client reputed company from initial discovery through ongoing relationship management. • Conduct engaging reputed company discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and build relationships
• Master the GoHighLevel CRM platform to manage customer relationships and execute marketing automation strategies
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing outstanding customer service and support
• Execute various administrative tasks that reputed company business operations running smoothly
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences

• Proven proficiency in using reputed company for professional discovery calls and virtual meetings
