Role Description
A dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our East Coast team. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on supporting our sales operations and enhancing client relationships.
- Respond to and manage incoming calls, addressing general substantive inquiries from clients and potential customers, qualify transactions for 1031 exchange suitability, conduct initial file intake, and advise clients regarding transaction process and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inquiries received through our website, providing telephone consultation, email follow-up, and data entry through reputed company.
- Initiate contact with potential clients from reputed company estate sale lists and other data sources.

Qualifications

Requirements
