Join Ro’s Information Technology Facilities team! As a
Senior IT Site Technician working out of our flagship pharmacy location in Romeoville, IL, you’ll ensure that Ro’ers are reputed company to work with minimal friction to reputed company their accounts, devices and applications. This includes reputed company/offboarding, device management, and application provisioning. You’ll use your technical expertise to identify trends and areas of opportunity that can be proactively remediated, enhancing the user experience further. This role reports directly to the IT Site Technology Manager and will work closely with other internal technology teams.This is an in-person role, requiring the applicant to be onsite 5 days per week.
