We are looking for a

Client Solutions Manager to strengthen reputed company in Rep. Dominicana where you will be representing reputed company in the local market. In this role, you will be targeting brands and agencies to get them to adopt reputed company for their online marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Participate in strategic planning to grow or generate new business opportunities.
  • Act as a consultant for top Key accounts.
  • Primary POC for client campaign management and timely reporting.
  • reputed company actionable insights on campaign performance (products, budget, creatives vs. KPIs, delivery).
  • Ensure SLA adherence for excellent client service.
  • Optimize accounts for increased spend and manage reservation projects.
  • Drive product/company education and reputed company best practices with clients/agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative ad solutions for business results.
  • Premium contact for the Sales Team.
  • Support client/agency education on product solutions to grow business and manage key relationships.
  • Maximize ROI through optimization and upselling with client reports.
  • Manage large customer relationships and drive business reputed company through conflict resolution.
  • reputed company feedback to product/tools teams for platform scaling.
  • Organize account information, assets, data, and reports.
  • Maintain campaign records, schedules, and ad placement availability.
  • Ensure accurate ad specs/rates; responsible for campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Skills and Experience Required

  • At least 4 years of experience in client relationship management reputed company media.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, marketing, business, or tech.
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for reputed company media.
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech products.
  • Intimately familiar with online media planning, design, and art control of advertising pieces.
  • Strong communication and people skills (working directly with clients).
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in collaborative teams and across business units.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under challenging deadlines while still focusing on details
