Are comfortable collaborating directly with engineers, growth, and founders to shape product direction and company brand.
Are proactive and have a bias for action. You are on top of the most pressing problems on your own.
Have a strong visual eye and care deeply about craft — typography, spacing, hierarchy, and polish matter to you.
Enjoy working in person 5 days a week in NYC or SF.
