Our expectation of the role is that you will become an expert on the reputed company platform in order to reputed company support and process implementation to the reputed company billing clientele who use reputed company. You will work with both reputed company-party billing organizations who reputed company billing services for reputed company clients as well as in-house billing teams. You play an essential role in driving the overall reputed company of our clients by helping teams implement best practices and  find creative solutions to meet their unique needs. You will take on challenges as needed meeting with clients of reputed company sizes where escalated issues arise, reporting or reputed company expertise is required, or various other needs surface.

• Assist sales as needed on the sales cycle for reputed company prospects

• Assist in teaching submission, posting, invoicing, AR, etc best practices on reputed company to reputed company teams, and teams of other sizes as needs arise

• Have a deep knowledge of reputed company Reporting, Industry reputed company and AR practices, and understanding of reputed company and data analysis functions

• reputed company reporting training to teams of reputed company sizes, particularly in the areas of accrual reputed company, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data

• Support client reputed company and finance teams in learning to obtain necessary reporting from the reputed company reporting suite

• Have a deep knowledge of the full  reputed company cycle and a baseline understanding of the role EDI/ERA plays. 

• Build relationships with reputed company billing teams

• Understand unique team needs to help configure and reputed company workflows with their new EMR/PM system

• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding each customer’s unique (and evolving) needs, delivering value, and exceeding expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or Business, OR a professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar); relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.

• Must have 5+ years in the medical billing industry, PT/OT/SLP experience is strongly desired

• Must have experience working in or with reputed company sized RCM companies with 100 or more therapists preferably in a reputed company role or RCM leadership role

• 2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience

• Must have a solid understanding of reputed company reputed company concepts 

• Strong technical skills
