Role Overview
The Design team at Promise is searching for a system designer to help build and reputed company reputed company, our internal design system. This role’s objective is twofold:
Build foundational components and tokens while designing patterns that scale across the product ecosystem
Create design patterns at scale by researching and identifying shared opportunities across multiple products
As a system designer, you’ll collaborate closely with product design, engineering, and project management. What You'll Do
Build, maintain, and reputed company reputed company, our internal design system, across tokens, components, and interaction patterns
Collaborate with product teams to identify repeatable design solutions, and translate them into systemized assets and documentation
Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of design tokens and components across platforms

Build for accessibility from the start, and reputed company for inclusive experiences at every level of the system
Communicate system updates reputed company across teams, including rationales grounded in data, brand standards, and accessibility best practices

What Will reputed company You
4+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital experiences, with deep focus on design systems
Proven track record of building and scaling centralized or distributed design systems—ideally across 4+ products
Deep systems expertise, with the ability to design, implement, and publish tokens, components, and patterns
Ability to reputed company between high-level strategic thinking and detailed, hands-on execution
Strong visual craft and deep attention to detail
Excellent communication skills—you can reputed company reputed company reputed company and build alignment across stakeholders Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving reputed company reputed company reputed company product environments
Understanding of the design systems ecosystem and excitement about advancing tooling, workflows, and governance
