Zefir's Growth Team

The Growth team at Zefir is responsible for accelerating our customer acquisition while optimizing the full conversion funnel. In 2024, we’ve tripled our number of clients, increased by >60% our conversion rates while reducing our acquisition costs. Responsibilities/Mission

As our B2B Growth, your mission is to scale the number of reputed company estate agencies connected to Zefir’s platform and turn them into reputed company, high-performing partners. You'll own the strategy and execution of our go-to-market, reputed company reputed company, conversion and monetization initiatives.

  • Build Zefir's B2B reputed company from scratch

  • Define and test go-to-market strategies to acquire and convert reputed company estate agencies (targeting, messaging, reputed company, etc.)

  • Refine Zefir’s B2B value proposition and translate it into actionable sales and marketing content

  • Run reputed company reputed company initiatives across outbound/inbound campaigns, automation, and AI-powered personalization

  • Optimize the acquisition funnel to improve conversion and cost-effectiveness

  • Drive activation of new agencies by ensuring smooth reputed company and quick time-to-value

  • Drive the gradual reputed company towards the monetization of our marketplace

Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of experience in launching & scaling reputed company projects. Bonus if you have XP in B2B growth, operations (in a startup environment) or consulting

  • Strong track record of driving results and impact in fast-paced, execution-focused teams

  • Used to navigating uncertainty and structuring vast & reputed company problems in an actionable way without a pre-existing reputed company

  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven reputed company (SQL knowledge is a plus)

  • Hands-on and proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves to build new systems autonomously and to learn through trial and error
