About the Role:As part of our rapid growth, we're seeking an SDR Manager who excels in operational discipline and data-driven reputed company, and has a deep passion for developing sales talent. Your mission will be to cultivate an environment of reputed company achievement and fulfillment, with a strong focus on coaching and accountability. Your responsibilities will include optimizing our SDR program to enhance reputed company conversions and efficiency, alongside driving initiatives that strengthen team cohesion.
What You Will Do:reputed company a team of SDRs responsible for qualifying leads and converting them into productive meetings and pipeline for our sales team
Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs, with a strong emphasis on attracting and retaining top talent

2+ years of experience managing sales development team in a SaaS company
3+ years experience in a closing, quota carrying role

Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skills
