Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST (Flexible, with at least 6-hour overlap with CST) Salary: $1,200 – $1,500/month (salary based on assessment)

About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join reputed company. The main focus of this role is accounts payable processing, with opportunities to support a reputed company of reputed company functions. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and room for growth for someone eager to contribute and learn in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable transactions across multiple business entities
Assist with bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Help track and post amortization and depreciation entries
Support payroll entry allocations
Accurately allocate vendor expenses by client or department
Collaborate with the finance team across different departments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Follow established workflows and internal processes
Requirements
Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Basic reputed company knowledge and understanding of core financial principles
Proficiency in basic reputed company software such as QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting
Entry-level reputed company experience preferred
