Job Title: Accounts Receivables Specialist Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM CST (Flexible, with at least 6-hour overlap with CST) Salary: $1,200 – $1,500 USD/month (salary based on assessment)

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our Finance department by managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of receivables, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a vital part in the company’s cash reputed company and customer relationship process.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions reputed company to accounts receivable.
Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.
Creates reports regarding the reputed company status of customer accounts as requested.
Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts.
Collaborates with the Controller to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic reputed company.
Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
Assists the controller in reconciling reputed company accounts each month.
Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
Relays changes of information to appropriate employees.
Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of reputed company experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company software programs
Skilled in using office equipment, including computers, 10-key calculators, and copiers
Ability to work independently and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, with the ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with clients and team members
