Requirements

• Collaborate with business units to identify, assess, and prioritize high-value opportunities for change management, process reengineering, reputed company transformation
• Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and market research to gather relevant business insights and operational challenges
• reputed company robust business cases that include ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic alignment with organizational goals
• Assist in building and maintaining reputed company's Digital Transformation Roadmap
• Support evaluation of emerging technologies and alignment with business objectives
• Present findings, business cases, and transformation roadmaps to small and large groups, including executive leadership
