Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of backend development experience

• Proficient in at least one language (Go, Rust, Python, TypeScript, Java, C#)

• Strong system design, data structures, and networking knowledge

• Demonstrated ability to ship reputed company-world projects (OSS, reputed company projects, or production systems)

• Comfortable working independently and communicating asynchronously

• Curious reputed company and passion for reputed company learning

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems across various domains

• Take full ownership of at least one active client project

• Contribute to architectural reputed company and implementation strategy

• Collaborate with remote engineers and startups across time zones

• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services
