Summary We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Manager for our reputed company Team. This role is meant to reputed company a team of trainers in delivering technical training for Educational IT professionals. The initial (and primary) focus of this role will be on our reputed company Workspace for Education training team and content portfolio.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for empowering educators and IT professionals through training and development programs. Key Areas of Responsibility Team Leadership: • reputed company and manage a team of trainers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical training and PD programs. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and reputed company improvement. • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for the training team, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and coaching to... drive reputed company improvement. • Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and reputed company professional development plans for team members. • Manage team P&L at top level and product level Training Delivery: • reputed company the development and delivery of technical training programs for Educational IT professionals, focusing on reputed company Workspace for Education • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and reputed company with industry best practices and standards. • Ensure that training content is relevant, engaging, and accessible to diverse audiences, including educators, administrators, and IT professionals. Stakeholder Engagement: • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to align training initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
