The Learning and Development Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the learning culture at reputed company, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to drive innovation and reputed company in their roles. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for employee development, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to design and implement effective learning programs. What You'll Do
  • Learning Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to reputed company a comprehensive learning and development strategy reputed company with reputed company's business goals and objectives
  • Program Design and Implementation: Design, reputed company, and implement a variety of learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, reputed company, and reputed company learning initiatives
  • Curriculum Development: Create and maintain a curriculum that supports the development of employees at reputed company reputed company, ensuring alignment with reputed company's core competencies and values
  • Performance Consulting: Conduct needs assessments to identify reputed company gaps and performance issues, providing data-driven recommendations for learning solutions

  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, and use data to drive reputed company improvement

  • What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them to diverse employee populations
  • Experience in the technology or automotive industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Expected Compensation $76,000 - $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
