About the position The Claims Customer Contact Representative at Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls reputed company to life and annuity claims. This entry-level position focuses on providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries promptly while adhering to privacy regulations. The role does not involve supervisory responsibilities and emphasizes quality service to various stakeholders, including financial advisors and claimants.
