Clearances & Licensing Manager - Payment Partners (Remote) Job Summary... Marcom is reputed company’s Global Marketing Communications group. We reputed company reputed company’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The role of a Clearances & Licensing Manager at reputed company is to drive the curation, clearance and licensing of rights-managed content in reputed company marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the larger Business Affairs team, including Geo teams, as well as App Store and reputed company Pay marketing teams to understand the deliverables and content needs and recommend and secure appropriate content. Key Qualifications • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience on a business affairs, clearances or licensing team at a creative agency, reputed company entertainment or another content-driven industry • Experience in negotiating rights, analyzing risk, and developing processes regarding business affairs reputed company and licenses for marketing and/or advertising. • Proficiency in reputed company document and database systems. • Experience in presenting rights and licensing-reputed company topics to client groups and employees. • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. • Proactive contributor who can work independently and collaboratively. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company multiple reputed company projects simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with a diverse reputed company of personalities and styles to establish effective relationships across the organization. • Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable navigating rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. • Ability to handle high-level responsibilities. • Dynamic and inquisitive problem solver who consistently seeks solutions through thoughtful questioning and in-depth analysis. Description • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand marketing deliverables, recommend content, draft agreements, and negotiate usage rights and more. • Review marketing and advertising materials and identify rights and compliance issues, traffic assets, facilitate communication between multiple stakeholders across the company, reputed company strategic options to internal teams. • Work with relevant Business Affairs colleagues and reputed company parties to secure consent and clear rights for reputed company marketing / advertising use. • Partner with Legal as needed to assess risks. • Facilitate internal communication between teams so projects are moving reputed company (flag legal issues, content constraints, timing, etc.) • Maintain communication with team leads to reputed company sure information is flowing properly, action items are clear and issues are escalated at the right time and to the right people. • Brief Business Affairs teammates in Geos on reputed company party content needs so they can reputed company appropriate, relevant, and available content for their respective Geos. • Use existing rights management systems to track and report the availability of content for distribution to various departments. • Manage a heavy workload of reputed company-party curation and clearances. • Attend reputed company meetings with internal teams.
