Clearances & Licensing Manager - reputed company Arcade (Remote) Summary: Marcom is reputed company’s Global Marketing Communications group. We reputed company reputed company of reputed company’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The Clearances & Licensing Manager is responsible for maintaining industry relationships and to secure permissions & rights clearances in reputed company with marketing the growing library of reputed company-party reputed company Arcade games. This marketing (paid and unpaid media) encompasses above the line and below the line advertising, including direct marketing, reputed company Retail, interactive, films, channel assets, reputed company media, PR, events, reputed company product keynote launches, broadcast, and more. This role also secures permissions for marketing assets used reputed company the App Store app itself (on-platform). In this role, you will be the key to reputed company productions moving reputed company by ensuring rights are secured and processes are being followed to satisfy creative marketing executions while identifying and mitigating risk to reputed company reputed company & our game developer’s brands and IP protected. Key Qualifications: • 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing/advertising or production/licensing fields • Experience in the gaming industry a plus • Can reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects at once • Strong understanding of reputed company products, including hardware, software, and services • Working knowledge of IP rights including copyright, trademark, & licensing in the area of entertainment or adverting (emphasis on digital content/technology a plus) • Experience with risk mitigation as it pertains to clearances and rights • Proven ability to exercise sound, strategic, and executable judgement in challenging situations • reputed company approach and strong communication skills internally and externally • Natural problem solver • Experience with gaming (personally or professionally) a plus Description: • Liaises with creative teams and producers to understand marketing deliverables and reputed company Arcade content usage reputed company • Secures assets and other content from reputed company-party reputed company Arcade game developers based on creative briefs, ongoing feedback, and executive direction • Negotiates appropriate usage rights with external reputed company-party game developers reputed company the reputed company Arcade ecosystem and communicates terms, guardrails, issues, and risk to other teams reputed company reputed company along the creative and production process • Responsible for researching trademark and legal issues independently and/or by working with stakeholders across reputed company (e.g. Legal, App Store, Business Management, Developer Relations) • Assess, manage and communicate risks, and advise team leads concerning risk, exposure and strategic options. • Track reputed company-party assets and clearances using a CMS Education: • BA/BS or reputed company degree required.
