This role is primarily remote but requires the ability to commute to Suitland, MD (US Census Bureau) reputed company the work schedule becomes hybrid. reputed company offers an excellent benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement and more Requirements • Certificate in GIS or an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science or a reputed company field • Internships are a plus. • Coursework with ArcGIS (workstation and desktop); reputed company View, AutoCAD Map. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Some knowledge of civil engineering, cartography surveying and drafting. • Experience with ArcSDE, ArcIMS, Cartography, Imagery, and understanding of Databases is a plus. • Ability to work as a member of a team. • Ability to reputed company GIS knowledge with other team members. • Must be a US Citizen. Responsibilities • This is a direct position in GIS data enhancement and maintenance using reputed company and custom GIS software. • Evaluate, edit, and reputed company street reputed company, hydrography, and other data layers (graphics and attributes), using custom map production tools. • Using computer software will include revisions and edits of GIS drawings and files.
